At Sun Sign Company, sign manufacturing isn’t just part of the process—it is the process. From raw materials to fully wired, illuminated signage, nearly everything we build is crafted in-house by skilled fabricators who take pride in their work.

With over 15 years of hands-on experience, we’ve built a reputation for dependable, high-quality signage that holds up in the real world. Whether it’s a towering pole sign, a sleek monument sign, or a custom wall cabinet, we design and fabricate signs that are made to last—and made to stand out.

What We Build (And How We Build It)

We don’t rely on prefab components or imported frames. Instead, we start with raw material and build from scratch:

• Steel for structural supports and poles
  
  
• Aluminum sheet, from .040" to .500", with most large cabinets crafted from durable .125" (1/8") aluminum
  
  
• Aluminum extrusions for framing and trim
  
  
• Polycarbonate faces, clear and white, typically .177" thick for wind resistance

Then our fabrication team gets to work: we cut, weld, bend, router, sandblast, and paint to shape each sign. After that, we install wiring, electronics, and high-efficiency LED lighting to bring it to life.

It all begins with a solid sign design and ends with a custom, code-compliant sign that proudly reflects your business.
