How We Build Our Cabinets

We follow the same quality-first approach outlined in our Quality Sign Construction standards. Most cabinets are manufactured from .125 aluminum for strength; smaller units may use extruded aluminum for efficiency. Frames are fully welded with reinforcements and gussets at stress points (including around lifting eyelets).

Finishes include powder coating, automotive-grade paints, and optional LineX truck bed liner for a textured, ultra-durable exterior. For illuminated models, we white-out the interior for maximum light reflectivity and efficiency.

Face Options & Graphics

Select faces to match your application and aesthetic:

White UV-Resistant Polycarbonate (.177) — Bright, proven, and durable for illuminated or non-illuminated use.
Clear UV-Resistant Polycarbonate — Ideal for second-surface graphics: we apply vinyl to the back of the face, creating richer depth while the UV polycarbonate shields graphics from UV, hail, bird droppings, and weathering.
Premium Cast Vinyl / Digital Graphics — Long-life films and full-color options aligned to brand standards.

Illumination (Optional)
